Talking about how old is your fabric does anyone ever worry about older fabric ripping loose because of the age of fabric?? About 15 or so years ago I won a quilt at a raffle. It was made with older fabric but so cool. I have it on my bed a lot because it is not overly heavy, has thin batting. Anyway after a while the fabric started to look like it was disintegrating. Just pulling apart. So-------wondering would anyone not use older fabric because of this?? feel bad but I just keep on using it, I like to quilt but am not into redoing so much of the top. What would you do??
