I just want to say that if you find a machine on line that you like, don't be afraid to buy it. I purchased two machines fronm allbrands.com and both have been wonderful. I purchased a Singer XL 3400 in 2002 and I have not had a bit of problem with it. Last year I purchased a Juki serger from them that I also love.
