I make this once a week. I cut the oil down to 1/4 cup and I add a small pkg of dry instant banana pudding mix. I cook in a 10x13x3 rectangle cake pan, but it could definitely be
cooked in loaf pans. I don't frost it. It's definitely yummy and moist.
