I agree. Bias binding is a must for scalloped edges. Look at the tutorial on continuous bias binding. Try on a small piece first and once you see how it goes together it will be a lot easier. Once I got my mind wrapped around both the scalloped and continuous bias, it was easy. Have fun. You will love the look.
