Secondly - and this pertains to the "not as fun" part of guild meetings: do you have the "business" meeting part first, then the program, or vice-versa?
We normally have the business part of the meeting first, except for twice a year, June and December, when we give away all our quilts. The various charities each have a representative here to view and pick up the quilts given to them so we take care of that first, then get to the business meeting.
