Only to discover I need to acquire the software from Bernina that's twice the price of the machine, to download my picture into the system...to say the least, I am not a happy camper at the moment.

Nor would she take it back even though its never been used here, for I was waiting to acquire the pattern first. Anyone have a solution? Thanks for the possibilities of some one having an answer.
