I have the Pfaff 1475CD that I bought back in the 80's and LOVE it! Also have the Pfaff Tiptronic 2040 which has the curved front (where the heels of your hands rest) and love that feature also. Didn't "need" it but bought the Tiptronic when the Folk School where I work bought them for the Quilting studio so that I could have one at home to troubleshoot if needed. (Haven't needed to. Yea.) Since then someone donated an Expressions 3.0 to the School because she couldn't make it work. I used the manual, tried it out and it works beautifully. They DO have to be threaded correctly but that goes for all makes and models. Everyone LOVES the IDT
