I would also ask what color the thread is. I recently had this problem with King Tut burgundy thread and So Fine burgundy in the bobbin. After serious frustration, many re threads, I finally called dealer and was told this can happen with "red" and "black" threads because the dying process is so harsh on them. I hope you find a fix to your problem sooner than later
