The faux applique looks like it could be stenciled onto the fabric with fabric paint. It is a beautiful tablerunner. I like the way the on-point blocks are sashed where the tips of the blocks are touching each other and not totally framed.
I really like the way this was done also. Found the side sashing unique too with the point of the fabric block meeting the side sashing rather than the red.
