I just got a couple swatches from them, and I thought that was very reasonable and the delivery was quick. They did email me afterwards to "like the swatches? hurry and get that fabric before it's gone"
The only place I've had trouble is Hancock - twice I ordered from them, it took a week for light to dawn on them that they were out of stock on a couple fabrics, and weeks later before they figured out that the fabrics couldn't be re-ordered. But meanwhile they just string you along. Meanwhile I went elsewhere and got the quilt pieced, quilted, and delivered to recipient.
