One other option that i didn't see mentioned, is
www.fatcatpatterns.com has applique patterns for some Native American motifs that you can purchase. They are probably generic to Native folklore, but I have seen this quilt made up, and it is very pretty. I have the Fatcat pattern as I have both Pawnee and Cyahoga native in my heritage, and my husband has Cherokee in his heritage.
