It is a chimneys and cornerstones block, which is a variation of a log cabin. Using different color placement can make this block look like a different quilt, as shown in the quiltinaday video. In this version, the quilter used sashing to match the logs it was sewn to, while in Eleanor's she used white sashing throughout with red cornerstones (much easier to do). You shouldn't need a pattern to make this quilt. There are lots of sites that show the block in different sizes. The harder part would be figuring out how to make the blocks so that you wind up with the same colors next to each other. If you use only 4 colors, as in your picture and in Eleanor's, it will work out easily, but if you want a scrappier quilt with more basic colors there will be some figuring to do.
