FYI, it doesn't take ten minutes, but it certainly is faster to put together than a standard runner. I added batting so I could make it a little more fancy with some quilting. From start to finish, it took three hours, compared to the usual 10-15 hours I spend on a pieced table runner with binding. Super quick, easy, and would make a great hostess gift as well.
