Make a 5 strip strata and cut 60* triangles from the strip. Since you can cut by flipping the ruler from side to side, you should have no waste. Simple but very effective quilt.
This is a quilt that I have been looking at for a while, but of course can't find right now. It is done this way, but if you look closely, it has 6 strips in the strata.
