If you don't want to hand embroider it, you can embroider with a regular sewing machine and a darning or FMQ foot. I just got a darning foot for low shank machines and managed to write my name with it. Practice first though.
Another idea is get a label or patch made up. There are places that will embroider patches and labels with whatever you want on them.
