Kauai Quilt and Fiber Show, March 21-22, 2014
This local quilt show will take place on March 21-22, Friday and Saturday, from 9-5 at the Church of the Pacific -- which is located between the Princeville Golf Course and the main entrance to the Princeville Resort. It's a wonderful show - there will be about 175 quilts displayed, including traditional Hawaiian hand-made quilts, more modern Hawaiian quilts, lots of quilts using Hawaiian fabrics and themes, Asian-inspired items, traditional quilts, art quilts, and fiber crafts including baskets, etc.
It's always a great show. The hours are from 9 to 5 each day, and cost is $5.00 -- your admission is good for both days. Bring your cameras!
While you are in the area, Princeville Center, Hanalei, the beaches of the north shore, Kilauea town and Lighthouse (great for whale watching this time of year) are all close by.
