I couldn't either! so I just put a diagonal slash in mine. Its a tough one but its such a versatile round that you can easily add a solitare block or a variety block and it still works. Love that round probably one of my favorite because well you can play with it depending on the size square you have to begin with. I think smaller works better than larger personally but to each his own
I am so glad your going to give it a try. I always have to cut my end pieces a bit 1/4 to 1/2 smaller btw. Its not that bad
