I appreciate this sort of question. As soon as i have to figure out if i can use a pattern or if my fabric will work, my brain locks up. I am mathematically and geometrically challenged. I can figure it all out on graph paper or write it all out but it takes me forever and usually with many mistakes. It can take days to calculate something that takes minutes to make. Sometimes it's more trouble than i can deal with.
