I'm a native Texan who has been quilting off and on for 20 years or so. I make quilts to be used. Some of them have been really interesting, but none are in the heirloom class. They are more for wrapping up sick kids or carrying one of my three dogs to the vet.

I'm a retired teacher--taught at Permian High School, the school about which the movie Friday Night Lights was made from the book by the same name. I'm a professional writer and a retired United Methodist preacher.

Hearing from any or all of you would be a joy!
Peace and grace
