There will appear to be missing spot on the base of the tri rec unit along with a dog ear. Those will go into the seam allowance when the block is joined to the next block, so not of huge concern - unless the missing area is greater than 1/4 inch. Bonnie used scissors to snip off the dog ears at the top and base of the triangles rather than a rotary cutter. I did square up some of my units.
No time in the Mom Cave last night - got sucked into a plumbing vortex - though am happy to report that we now have a new kitchen faucet installed!
Beautiful quilt QuiltswithConvicts. Is that Celtic Solstice? It is similar to Smith Mountain - but Smith Mountain has courthouse square blocks to go with the stars. It will have the same border.
