My DH returned his. They are so overpriced for basically an air mattress. Perhaps if you are buying if so two people can have the softness they prefer on each side of the bed it might be worth it. But he has sleep apnea and snores violently. So, needless to say, he sleeps alone. So he hoped it would be soft enough that he could stay on his side. He only used it for about a month when the "pillow top" started shifting around. Plus the side feels really odd when you sit on the edge of the bed. It's basically a fufu air mattress.
They tell you you can return it after the trial period. But the fine print includes either shipping it back to them or paying an additional $200 to have it picked up. That's on top of the $180 to have it delivered and set up. It's not as easy as they make it seem. "Try it for 100 days" BLah, Blah.
