The second one is the same style I'm currently restoring. Much older than 60 yrs most likely. The one I'm restoring is from 1908. That one is overpriced for the condition. Looks like only 2 of the 6 drawers have the front appliques, the irons were painted a really sickly shade of green and it's missing the flywheel and guard at the very least.
