This pattern is called "Walk in the City" by Elisa's Backporch Designs. It uses 1 layer cake. I made it twice because it's modern-ish and easy too.
It's amazing how the diagonal shows in the lighter quilt and not in the darker one. I always love seeing how different fabrics work in the same quilt.
