Yes, I think I'd change it, too. In fact, I might think about taking the 2 all-over white ones out as well. All the rest of the blocks look like a block inside a block. Those 3 seem odd. Sorry.
I agree with you about taking out the three blocks. The quilt is adorable and I love the colors you've used.
