I was fortunate to be given baby quilts for my kids. Most were used by all 5 of my kids in their cribs/toddler beds. I then packed them away. I did not allow "blankies" to be dragged around. Now as the kids marry and have their own families I give them their quilts. What happens to them now is in their hands.
