I made a tablerunner like that and I use it because I love the fabrics and the pattern. What the back looks like, no one knows. The front is pretty and any imperfections, I forgot about quickly. Definitely, no one else would think to notice 'mistakes' anyway. It's handmade and the thought is what counts.
