I made a couple of little gifts for my girlfriend's "Puppy Shower" for the dog she adopted a few weeks ago.
A "Bones" quilt using the tutorial I found over at
627 Handworks. The pattern is for a dog bed cover, but I just made the top and converted it into a quilt. it's about 29" x 36"
Also whipped up a self-binding receiving blanket using some adorable flannel I found at JoAnns.
Gave the gift yesterday and both "mommy" and "baby" loved them!
