Love your GFG....I too am working on 1" EPP flowers....I am using the sewline glue pen to baste though...check out Sue Daley tutorials....I bought the fiskar enlarge punch to make the pieces from junk mail, goodwill index/ greeting cards, and now after Christmas the cards I gave recd..and I did buy the plastic template from PaperPieces.com to cut out the fabric...I like their seam allowance....3/8"....it is my winter challenge......well maybe several winters....... Just works well for me
