I have two complete sets of these kits. One is really old and must have come with the machine I bought. The other one looks completely new and has never been used.This one looks like your picture. It comes in a green oval shaped container with the actual attachment, a manual, a throat plate, several templates for the different sized buttonholes, a screw driver.
