This is the recipe that came with my pizzelle iron. Makes 36 - 40 puzzle

1 3/4 cups flour
2 tsps baking powder
3 large eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 tbsp vanilla or anise extract
