The black and white cows are Holstein's which you will find the most of in Wisconsin. Many farmers also have Jersey cows which I have been told is supposed to have a rich milk that they like to use to make cheese. Oddly enough the FQ came from a quilt shop in Florida. I have seen cows here in Alabama and in Florida but they don't look like any cow I am familiar with. I'm not a farmer so I know very little about cows, it's just that Wisconsin is the dairy state and they are known for their prize cows.
