He knows how to sell. Great marketing and great pics. He shows pics of the machine torn apart for servicing to show what he did to it, and I guarantee that the pic he shows of it sewing through a leather belt helped get that price. I feel sorry for the buyer if they try to give it a steady diet of leather.

We have a seller down my way that advertises every machine they has as "heavy duty" or "industrial". I'm 100% sure they know the machines are NOT, but they sell better that way. Marketing plays a huge part in SM sales. There are people out there that don't mind paying the high price if they can rest assured that the machine is pristine and has been fully serviced.
