No wonder you chose that! It's gorgeous. However I can see the potential for things not lining up.

As others have said, just tackle the places that are the most obviously off kilter and let the rest slide. As you get more experience you will become more accurate with cutting, stitching and pressing. In the meantime enjoy what you are doing and don't be too hard on yourself!
