The Christmas Through Out the Year pattern is an old one. It came from The Stitch Connection. I looked a that website but I don't see the pattern but there are some really cute ones there. Here is the link:

The Hanging Santa is from the Wooden Bear line of patterns. Just do a google search for that web site. You should be able to find that one, I bought mine prior to Christmas.
