Here in the Bay Area I have seen $13.99 and $14.99 a yard. I shop on line or I wait until the sales. I am lucky I have a home ec teacher friend who gives me all the scraps the students discard. (sometimes they cut 6 inches out of 1 yard of fabric and throw the rest away.)
