I'd take it for $10. It's a Singer 66. It takes standard needles and (of all things) class 66 bobbins that are available pretty much everywhere. They're a horizontal drop in bobbin setup. No separate bobbin case to be easily lost.
Singer 66s make very nice piecing machines. They're also pretty sturdy. In most cases it won't take much more than a little oil and patience to get them to sew if they've been sitting a long time.
