at a quilt show - a piece of some kind of foam that you can press items in (like keys, or shapes, or press on decorative trivet) and the design would stay in the foam. Then you could take a brush or a brayer of some kind and run paint over the foam block and press it on fabric and ta-dah, you've printed your own fabric. I thought I could use it for Bible school. After moving it around a number of years, I sent to the thrift store.
