Good for you. Am sure as you become more comfortable with your new possession, you're going to really enjoy the process. I FMQ with my domestic Janome 6600 Professional. I love doing it, but like you the sandwiching is the most work but I have a pretty good system down for doing it. I also don't do as many "big" quilts anymore so the smaller ones are quite manageable. Have fun with your new toy.
