I mailed my package today . FYI , my post office is under new management . They refused to mail the padded flat rate envelope. They had an "official" cardboard with a slot cut out , they said flat rate envelope must fit through the slot . I had to put the fabric in a flat rate box . Hope no one else has an issue .
**I think I'd go higher up with your concerns. That's just wrong......maybe they've never seen the padded envelopes...
