My first thought was an anchor. But 0n second thought I don't think the background would be pink if it was meant to be an anchor. The "green stem" does not stand out on my computer. If it is green than I definitely think it is a flower "arrangement" in a low bowl. Neat pattern though. Is there any history to the quilt. An easy enough pattern to duplicate.
