It is hard to tell how old those are. Not much records except a bill of sale. They are good machines. Likely from 1960s maybe very late 50s. It looks like it is a zig zag and straight stitch sewing machine. The needle looks like it is left of center. The knob with the lever is your zig zag. the knob next to it holds it in place. If you want you can use the lever to control the stitch width as you sew like in a monogram. It looks like reverse is in the center of the big stitch length dial. The two push buttons are for lowering the feed dogs. Somewhere on this long thread is a generic manual. You will need that to show you how to clean out the bobbin area. It threads like any other sewing machine. Thread from spool on pin, to thread guide at the top. Thread down around tension, click into place, up into the take up lever, down through thread guides to needle. Needle goes flat side toward the needle bar when you change it. Thread goes right to left. I hope I more than answered your question.
