Might I suggest a small pocket on the backside for your friend to put her feet into as they sit. My Chemo lasted for over 3 hours at a time and having a place for my feet in the quilt would be nice. Not a great thing for people who have a balance problem (as they might forget and trip!) but anyway, my opinion.
