I can't remember the name. I know I've seen it before. I can tell you it is made of (equilateral?) triangles which are each made of three smaller triangles in three different fabrics. Those (equilateral?) triangles are pieced with a Y seam. Look closely at the picture and you can find the large triangles. For instance, look at the lime green "Y" in the bottom row. The top left light green part of the "Y" is made of a triangle with smaller triangles in these colors: blue, black and lime green. You could make this without a pattern but you need to graph it out on paper and color in all the small triangles so they form the "Y" shapes when joined. Finding a pattern would surely be easier, lol.
