I have Janome machines, love them all...6600, 8900, Skyline 7 and the 11,000SE. Do you want an embroidery machine or a great sewing/quilting machine? The 11000 is a great embroidry and sewing machine. The sewing part is sooooo quiet, but so is my 8900. The 8900 is a great quilting machine. I used to get eyelashes FMQ on another brand machine, took the 8900 out of the box, set the settings for FMQ, didn't even change the needle to my usual 90/14 topstitch, the FMQ was perfect...no eyelashes on the back.
