I don't know why I'm not getting the posts on this thread anymore? I've been doing my little bit of exercise every other day and it's paying off. My blood sugar is a lot more stable now, this morning was 105...Woo!Hoo! Blood pressure is normal too. Weight? well, I lost 7 pounds of fluid but 2 came back. Net loss for January? 5 lbs. If I do this every month, in 2016 I'll only weigh 5 lbs! I'll be the incredible, shrinking, quilter! :lol: Maybe I'll slow down after 2013...
