Don't give up!! Maybe if you had something low in calories to munch on when you come in the door, while you are making supper. Flavoured rice cakes (cheese are my favourite) or even celery that you've precut and throw a little spreadable cream cheese in. Low in calories and filling. We are all pulling for you!!!
