With the first one I remember going out to an all night diner every night for a looong time around midnight and eating an entire pizza while dh drank a coffee and watched. Crazy. I never had much of an appetite before all that.
this brought back memories except for the fact that I was the opposite. My 4th son, couldn't eat or didn't want to eat the whole time. I couldn't even finish a hot dog, I lost weight, good thing that I had plenty to lose. As soon as I had him I felt like there was a big empty hole in my tummy. The hospital was amazing and had the largest menu to chose from, I got everything that I could eat at meal times plus anything that could be tucked away in my drawers for in between meals. No one was allowed to visit me without food. It took me 3 days to quit feeling empty.
