This is my mothers recipe for custard..
2 eggs , beaten slightly
2 cups milk
2tbls sugar
Pinch salt, little nutmeg
mix lightly pour into 4 custard cups, bake in a pan of water.
350 degrees, 3/4 of an hour or until knife is clean...
