I took a class not too long ago that required a 60-degree triangle ruler. I was surprised that about 1/3rd of the class brought the wrong triangle ruler without realizing it. The store made good sales on 60-degree triangle rulers that day, LOL.
I'm surprised at shop owners yelling at people. I wouldn't ever go back, either. That's not how you build a loyal customer base!
