Looks like these are from a German grocery website, and I'm German, so what I would do with old bread or breadsticks is to make a "semmel knodel" or bread dumpling. There are some great recipes online. I add chopped parsley to mine, saving the heel ends of bread and serving with turkey and gravy. Yummm - I want to make one now.
